All orders purchased on Playswap are refunded only when the following conditions are met:

All sales are final at Playswap and no refunds will be given unless the item is not delivered or the item delivered does not work as described. For such cases, the buyer is covered under Playswap's warranty policy.

Refunds are not supported in the following cases:

  • The buyer has verified and confirmed the receipt status.
  • Transactions made outside of Playswap.
  • If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, or remorse,mistakenly purchased products, the buyer's computer configuration does not match the product requirements, or the minimum product requirement, no refund will be given.
  • Purchasing any product from the Playswap platform means the buyer understands, acknowledges and accepts this release of liability.
  • The account or item underwent improper handling following the transfer of ownership, such as engaging in actions like clicking on unidentified/phishing links, sharing account details with third parties, or using hacks/mods/unfair advantages in gameplay, which may result in a ban.
  • If the buyer reaches out to game authorities, like submitting a ticket to Riot or contacting Epic Games Support to change regions, such actions are valid.
  • If the buyer communicates with the seller outside of Playswap (e.g., using Discord), any conversations held outside of Playswap will not be considered as evidence in the event of a dispute.
  • Playswap does not cover fraud claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the buyer's account for fraudulent complaints.

3. Buyers must only confirm receipt status when the received item matches the product description on the website and has been fully received. Confirming receipt indicates that the transaction is complete, meaning that you have received your order complete and are satisfied with your purchase and agree to pay the seller. There will be no refunds for orders in a received status.

4. In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer can submit a request to Playswap support for intervention.

5. Any payment or chargeback dispute is not within the scope of Playswap's consent. Playswap will stop the investigation, in which case all requests including refunds will not be entertained.

6. All sales contracts are made strictly between the seller and the buyer concerned. Playswap can assist buyers or sellers in the event of a dispute after establishing a sales contract but does not assume any responsibility or liability for the sales contract in any form.

7. Depending on the type of payment method you used, refunds can usually take up to 14 days to process. This is because banks usually do not complete refunds immediately and it can take up to 14 days for the authorized amount to expire.
