1. In the status of "Awaiting Delivery" and “Delivered”, the Seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the order by clicking the "Refund the buyer" button on the order.

2. When the buyer confirms receipt of the goods:
In the status of “Transaction Completed”, the buyer is not allowed to cancel the order. Marking the order as received means that the buyer is satisfied with the seller's product. Any complaints will not be accepted.
