Go to your Dashboard, and in the My Tickets section, click to create a dispute request. Once the dispute is created, it will be reviewed by PlaySwap Support.
Navigate to the Order Details section and click on the “Submit Ticket” button.
Dispute Process
- Both buyer and seller must provide evidence of delivery and receipt for PlaySwap Support to investigate the matter.
- The dispute duration is 48 hours from the time of initiation.
- After the investigation, PlaySwap Support will make a final decision regarding the dispute.
