Seller did not deliver within the promised delivery time. What should I do?

While the majority of orders at PlaySwap are delivered on time, some orders may ship after the specified time frame. In these exceptional cases, we encourage buyers to continue working directly with the seller to successfully coordinate the completion of the transaction by contacting the seller using chat on the PlaySwap app. The order will not be automatically closed and the delivery can still be completed successfully. We strongly encourage you to give the seller a delivery window to complete the order.
