Pocketpair's latest update for Palworld introduces exciting features and thrilling challenges.
Palworld developer Pocketpair has unleashed a monumental update for the popular game, bringing a plethora of new content and an exhilarating Raid Boss encounter. The highly anticipated update, version 0.2.0.6, is currently available on Steam and will soon be released on Xbox, delighting players across platforms.
One of the most thrilling additions in the 0.2.0.6 update is the introduction of the first raid boss, Bellanoir. Players can now summon Raid Boss Pals by using slabs at the new Summoning Altar. But beware, these Raid Boss Pals are incredibly powerful and cannot be captured. Pocketpair advises players to team up with their base Pals to take on these formidable foes. Defeating Raid Boss Pals may even reward you with Pals Eggs, adding even more excitement to your gameplay.
The 0.2.0.6 update brings a wealth of new content to Palworld. Players can now make use of Training Manual items to give experience points to their Pals, allowing them to level up and grow stronger. Additionally, Recovery Meds items have been introduced, enabling players to slowly recover their HP over time. The Homeward Thundercloud item is another exciting addition, instantly transporting you to your nearest base, saving you valuable time and effort.
In addition to the exciting new features, the 0.2.0.6 update also includes various enhancements and balancing adjustments to further enhance the Palworld experience. The user interface has been improved, allowing players to easily track cooldowns on partner skills and view equipment and item stats. The tutorial has been revamped and renamed as "Journey," providing a more engaging and informative introduction to the game.
The update also introduces new buildings for players to construct in their bases. The Electric Egg Incubator is an exciting addition that automatically adjusts the temperature to the optimal level for each egg, ensuring successful hatching. The Ore Mining Site allows players to produce valuable ores right in the comfort of their base. These new buildings open up new possibilities for resource gathering and strategic planning.
The 0.2.0.6 update doesn't just focus on buildings and items; it also introduces enhancements for your Pals. Pals like Kelpsea and Dumud now have new abilities at their disposal. Players can now raise a Pal's rank to the maximum with a single synthesis using the Pal Essence Condenser. Negative Pal statuses will also be resolved over time when they are placed in the Pal Box.
Pocketpair has also addressed various bugs and implemented performance improvements in the 0.2.0.6 update. These include fixes to issues such as item drops after player death on dedicated servers and the selection of initial spawn points in multiplayer mode. The development team has also made balance adjustments to armor, weapon blueprints, and partner skills, ensuring a fair and enjoyable gameplay experience for all players.
