When a player in your team disconnects for at least 90 seconds before the 3:00 mark, leaving you in a 4v5 situation. The system will notice you to trigger a remake with the message “A player has been AFK. You may now type /remake to start a vote.”

Type /remake in the chat box to start the vote.
A vote will pop up for your team within 30 seconds. Simply click Yes.
If enough people vote yes, the match ends immediately.
In a 4v5, at least 2 players vote Yes.
In a 3v5 or lower, only 1 vote is enough.

Your teammate must be inactive for 90 seconds from the beginning, even if they are connected but have not purchased items or left base.
No First Blood has occurred yet; if a kill happens, your team can’t remake.
Remakes are only available in Summoner’s Rift and ARAM matches.
Even with an inactive teammate, remaking isn’t always possible in LoL. Here are the main scenarios where it won’t work:
If the vote fails, it doesn’t come back, you have to play for the rest of the game.

The player reconnects before the vote ends.
Your team miss a chance to trigger the remake (from the 3:00 to 3:15 mark)

Once a remake vote succeeds, the game ends, and the outcome varies depending on whether you’re an active player or the one who went AFK.
A successful remake doesn’t count as a loss, and you do not lose points if playing in ranked mode. You will be able to queue up again for another game.
