To reach Inazuma, players need to complete certain requirements. You must reach Adventure Rank 30 and complete the Archon Quest "Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves" (Chapter II: Prologue). After that, speak to Katheryne in Liyue Harbor to unlock the quest "The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia". All or this will start your journey to Inazuma via Beidou’s ship.
Once you have completed all the requirements above, proceed through the following stages to reach Inazuma:
Starting the Archon Quest: You can find this quest in your Quest log, under the tab called "The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia".
Talk to Katheryne, who is at Liyue Harbor near the Adventurer's Guild, for more details on this journey.
After speaking with Katheryne, head to the sea east of Guyun Stone Forest, where the Crux Fleet is anchored. There, you will find the fleet's captain, Beidou, who can grant you passage to Inazuma.
Talk to Beidou and confirm that you are ready to set sail. Move along with your character as he makes his way across the sea, landing at Ritou, a port city in Inazuma, with a cinematic playing.
