There are two ways to cancel Roblox Premium on mobile, including Roblox app and Google Play or App Store. Both of them successfully end your subscription, but the best option depends on where and how you initially subscribed.
To cancel your Roblox Premium subscription using the app, follow these easy steps:
Launch the Roblox app on your device.
Tap on the More menu (three dots).
Head to Settings.
Choose Account Settings.
Find and select Subscriptions.
Tap on Cancel Renewal.
After selecting cancel, you'll be guided through a few confirmation screens and asked a short survey. Once you complete these, your Roblox Premium subscription will be officially canceled.
The cancellation steps differ depending on whether you’re using an Android or iOS device:
For Android users
Open the Google Play Store app.
