There are 14 characters spread across the Fortnite C6S2 map, with some positioned close together and others more dispersed, covering most of the island except for the central area. Each NPC spawns in a fixed location, meaning there are no roaming characters like Bushranger from previous seasons. Fortnite characters accept payment in Gold Bars, which can be mined by pickaxe in Gold Veins.
