1. Click to the "Chat Now" on the "Transaction Successful" Page.

2. At the Chat Box, please click "Dispute".

3. Then the title of the ticket is your Order ID, and fill all the neccessary information and image of the order or related photos, and click Submit. Our Support Team will support you immediately.
