PlaySwap is committed to customer satisfaction with a 10-day refund policy for account purchases.

1. Overview of the 10-Day Refund Policy:

PlaySwap is committed to customer satisfaction with a 10-day refund policy for Account Purchases. This ensures that if an account is defective or does not meet expectations, buyers can request a refund within 10 days, fostering trust and security when purchasing through PlaySwap.

2. Scope of Application:

This refund policy is applicable only to Account products purchased on PlaySwap. The following are not covered:
In-Game Items

  • Top-Ups
  • Game Coins
  • Gaming Services
  • Other consumable digital products

These items are subject to their own refund policies and are not eligible for the 10-day refund.

3. Cases for a Refund:

You are entitled to request a refund within 10 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

The account is defective, non-functional, or does not work as promised.More than 10 days have passed since the purchase. Refund requests due to buyer's remorse (i.e., simply changing your mind after purchasing) will not be accepted. If the product has been delivered and functions as advertised, compensation-based refunds will be denied.
The account’s features or description do not match what was advertised by the seller.If the buyer has purchased immediately consumable content, such as in-game resources, virtual currency, or other digital goods, and the content has been used.
- Important Note: Once consumable digital goods are used (e.g., in-game resources or currency), they are not eligible for refunds. This policy is in place to prevent abuse and ensure fairness to sellers.
The account was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.Transactions conducted outside of PlaySwap:
- Important Note: Any transactions completed outside of PlaySwap’s official system, particularly those made through personal agreements using contact information provided by the seller, are NOT covered under the refund policy.
- Buyers must conduct all purchases, communication, and payments within PlaySwap’s system using its chat functionality to be eligible for a refund. If a buyer agrees to make a purchase outside the platform, using details provided by the seller (such as email, phone, or other personal information), the buyer assumes full responsibility for the transaction, and it will not be protected by PlaySwap's refund policy.
- This is a critical security measure, as PlaySwap cannot guarantee or verify the legitimacy of transactions made outside its platform.

4. Refund Request Process:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Contact PlaySwap customer support via the ticket/dispute system available in the PlaySwap chat platform to submit your request.

Alternatively, you can email support@playswap.gg to begin the refund process.

5. Refund Time:

Once approved, PlaySwap will issue the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, e-wallet). Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Important Notes:

Acknowledgment of Policy: By making any purchase on PlaySwap, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

Chargeback and Payment Disputes: PlaySwap is not responsible for resolving chargeback disputes initiated through payment providers. In such cases, PlaySwap will cease its investigation, and no refund request will be processed.

Fraud Prevention: PlaySwap strictly prohibits fraudulent refund claims and reserves the right to take legal action or permanently suspend a buyer’s account in cases of fraud.
