Account Delivery Proof Requirement

Note: This is a general guide only; each game is different and may require additional proof.

1. We strongly recommend that you upload proof of delivery immediately after the order is completed. Proof of delivery is the most beneficial evidence in case of a dispute between buyer and seller.

2. For account services, include a full-screen, uncropped screenshot of the account information page sent to buyers through PlaySwap.GG.

3. For games that support email notifications, provide full-screen, uncropped screenshots of those notifications showing changes to the sold account, such as a change in login IP or device.

4. Any full-screen, uncropped screenshots to authenticate transaction completion must be included as evidence.

5. If the seller is found to have submitted inaccurate or misleading proof of delivery, PlaySwap.GG reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Additional Requirements:

  • All screenshots must be full-screen and uncropped, clearly showing all relevant details, including timestamps and account information.
  • For account delivery, sellers must provide the original email used to initially register the account to the buyer, along with evidence of its transfer (e.g., full-screen, uncropped screenshot of the email transfer confirmation).
  • For disputes involving account recovery or email transfer, evidence must clearly demonstrate the buyer’s access to the account or successful transfer of the original email, including timestamps and relevant account details.
  • Cancellation and Refund Process: If a seller opts to cancel the order and refund the buyer, the buyer must confirm the cancellation and return any received account, items, or other deliverables to the seller before the refund is processed.
