If you violate any of the rules listed below, it will result in strict consequences, including account suspension or permanent banning.

1. Compliance with Laws: Ensure all items listed for sale comply with federal, state, and local laws across all jurisdictions. Sellers should verify the legality of items in their respective regions before listing. 

2. Prohibited Products: Do not list accounts, items or game products banned under Playswap’s rules, including but not limited to illicit drugs, firearms, adult materials, counterfeit products, or items promoting illegal activities or hate speech. 

3. Avoid Controversial Content: Sellers must not list items that contain offensive material, promote violence, easily cause controversy, offend religious beliefs, or violate intellectual property rights.

4. Accurate Listings: Provide clear, truthful, and consistent information about products or services. Misrepresentation, such as fake listings or misleading descriptions, is strictly prohibited. 

5. No External-Links: All listings must exclude external links, web addresses, or unrelated promotional material.

6. Incorrect product naming: Manipulation of search and browse results, including irrelevant keywords or misleading titles, is strictly prohibited.

7. Duplicate Accounts: Sellers are not allowed to create multiple accounts for self-purchases or other fraudulent activities. Violations will lead to immediate suspension without compensation. 

8. No Private Transactions: Private transactions or external payment arrangements outside Playswap are strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts permanently banned.

PlaySwap's Right and Seller Accountability

• Playswap reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our policies, with no obligation to provide refunds or compensation. (Impose additional restrictions as necessary)
• If you violate any of the above rules, PlaySwap reserves the right to disclaim liability for any disputes arising from such actions and hold sellers accountable for all associated costs.
