The vast majority of all transactions on Playswap are completed successfully without any problems. However, certain exceptions may result in the buyer not confirming delivery of the order.
These special cases are often due to accidents or simple misunderstandings. For this reason, we strongly recommend that buyers and sellers contact each other directly to resolve the issue properly through our dispute resolution system.
In the event that the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, the order will be referred to Playswap's Final Resolution Committee, who will determine the order's delivery completion status. Factors considered in their decision include, but are not limited to:
Seller promptly provides proof of delivery, which will be meticulously checked in accordance with the Seller Secure Delivery Agreement.
The review shows that the buyer has complied with their Buyer Secure Delivery Agreement.
Any on-site messages that may have been sent between the parties regarding the offer or order involved in the dispute.
Thorough review of offers and orders, as well as rigorous verification of both parties involved in the transaction.
If we find that delivery has been properly completed, we will disburse the appropriate payment to the seller according to their disbursement processing time.
Fraud, as well as attempted fraud, is a very serious crime. If through meticulous examination of the proof of delivery we discover that it has been manipulated or that either party is fraudulently misrepresenting their facts to the Playswap Final Settlement Committee , then the individual may be reported, fined, and have their account permanently suspended from Playswap.
At Playswap, we do our best to create the safest trading environment for all our members.
