How do I deliver account information to Buyer?

Click on the order -> Select "Start Delivery" -> you directly provide the Buyer with information about the order through Playswap's chat system.

  • Please DO NOT participate in conversations outside of Playswap, this is to protect both buyers and sellers in case of a dispute
  • Please ensure that all conversations related to the order stay within the Order Chat
  • Upload clear delivery proof showing that you’ve completed the delivery (including the date and time)
