If you mark an order as "Confirm Deliver" when no or only partial delivery has been completed, the buyer will be eligible for a full refund in the event of a dispute.

• Please DO NOT participate in conversations outside of Playswap, this is to protect both buyers and sellers in case of a dispute
• Please ensure that all conversations related to the order stay within the Order Chat
• Upload clear delivery proof showing that you’ve completed the delivery (including the date and time)
