Creating and managing bulk offers on PlaySwap is designed to be simple and efficient. With our bulk listing feature, sellers can easily upload up to 1000 offers at once by following a few easy steps.
1. Sign In Your PlaySwap Account. Go to “Sell Items”.
2. In “Create Offer”, Select “Bulk Offers”, then choose your “Service”
3. Click "Download" to prompt the .xls file download. Save and open the .xls file.
4. Fill in the all details for multiple desired servers.
In the Platform section, you can add multiple items if your account or product can be used on multiple platforms.
For example: Enter 'PC/PlayStation/Xbox' in the Platform column if your product is available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
Notice: You can upload 100 offers max at a time. The first 2 rows can't be edited. Start to edit from the 3rd row. The product name cannot contain special symbols or emoticons. Save it as an .xls file. Only .xls files are accepted.
5. A preview of the listing will load. Upload 1 default image for your listing. Click "Submit" to upload the finalized list.
Check the invalid listing tab to see what you can revise on the .xls file and then "Re-upload" to check again
6. Once the listing has been published, you can manage it at My Listing.
