What should I do if I receive something other than what I paid for?

It is the seller's responsibility to avoid ambiguity when listing their items for sale. In the rare event that you receive an order that does not match the description, please contact the seller immediately to resolve the issue. Most of the time it is just a simple misunderstanding. However, if the seller cannot reach an agreed solution, you can open a commercial dispute. If we discover that the seller did not deliver the goods as described in the order, we will refund accordingly.
