With the assurance of Trade Protect, you can confidently list your items for sale on PlaySwap. Let Trade Protect take care of the verification process, allowing you to concentrate on completing the deal without concerns.

Trade Protect provides sellers with protection coverage:
1.Chargeback Liability: Applicable only to sellers who attempt to submit sufficient evidence of a buyer's unauthorized chargeback claim, but only if the seller ensures that they can provide sufficient evidence of transactions according to our service requirements.

2. Your account and products must comply with our terms of service to be protected by Trade Protect.

Trade Protect does not provide protection for the following situations:
1. Products and services are not as described
2. Order not yet traded

3. Intentional fraud or scam - the seller's account will be permanently suspended and PlaySwap will have the right to take legal actions and recover all payments made to the seller.

4. If your buyer initiates a payment dispute and is successful, the financial institution will reverse the transaction. This means that the amount the buyer originally paid will be refunded to them. Depending on the reason for the successful buyer's payment dispute, we may be able to recover this amount from you.

Proof of delivery:
1. Please upload proof of delivery immediately through your Sold Orders page upon shipping your order. We will no longer accept proof of delivery sent to our mailbox. If proof of delivery is not found in your Sold Order or uploaded within the specified timeframe, we will assume that the seller did not submit any proof of delivery and decisions will be made on this basis in the event of a trade dispute. The system will now support uploading both image and video files:

For images:
Supported formats: jpeg, png
Size limit: 2 MB per file
Quantity: 20 files per order

For videos:
Supported formats: mp4
Size limit: 30 MB per file
Quantity: 20 files per order

2. For orders exceeding $500, sellers must retain a copy of the video evidence. Some games may mandate video evidence regardless of the transaction value. Please refer to PlaySwap’s specific guidelines for these cases.

3. For Account services, this includes a screenshot of account information such as login email and password that you sent via PlaySwap to the buyer.

4. For games that support email notifications: Screenshots of those notifications indicating changes made to the sold account, such as a change in login IP or device.

5. Any screenshots to prove transaction completion must also be included as evidence.

6. For other game services, screenshots or video evidence must include the buyer's character ID, quantity before and after delivery.

7.PlaySwap reserves the right to cancel orders if the seller is found to have submitted incorrect or fake proof of delivery.

To avoid disputes, you should:
1. Create a detailed, accurate list.
2. Provide high quality screenshots/videos of multiple items and shipments.
3. Respond to buyers who contact you via PlaySwap chat and try to resolve any issues.
4. Maintain correspondence and support documents through the PlaySwap tool.

PlaySwap actively monitors all market activity, but if it detects any suspicious activity or users violating our terms and policies, exploiting, abusing, or asking for private transactions , please report to us immediately.
