Trade Protect For Buyers

With the assurance of Trade Protect, you can confidently make a purchase on PlaySwap. Trade Protect guarantees that sellers will fulfill your order exactly as described, providing peace of mind for your transaction.

1. Trade Protect will protect buyers in the following cases:
A. The buyer did not receive the order.
B. The item the buyer received was not as described.

2. Trade Protect does not provide protection in the following cases:
A. The buyer has confirmed receipt of the goods.
B. Buyer's remorse after placing an order.
C. Buyer's device is not compatible with games, items, top-ups,...
D. Transactions made outside of PlaySwap.
E. Any modifications to the account and its contents by the game publisher/game developer after the transaction is complete.

3. Trade Protect does not provide protection against fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend the accounts of buyers with fraudulent complaints.

4. Buyers must confirm the receipt of their order only after confirming that the received item matches the description in the product listing and is in proper working condition. Confirming the receipt signifies satisfaction with the purchase and agreement to release payment to the seller.

5.If a buyer does not file a complaint after the seller delivers the product, it will be assumed that the buyer has accepted the received item or service. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been confirmed and completed.

6. All transactions are made by the seller and the buyer. In case of a dispute after signing a sales contract, PlaySwap can assist the buyer or seller but does not bear any responsibility for the sales contract.

7. In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer must respond to PlaySwap's request and provide relevant evidence within 48 hours. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will be considered an acknowledgment that the issue has been resolved, and PlaySwap will close the dispute.

8.Trade Protect is not responsible for all payment disputes or chargebacks. If this happens, we will stop the investigation and will not accept refund requests.

9. Trade Protect is not a product warranty. Instead, develop a series of regulations and require them to be implemented according to the regulations.
